Products and Sales
Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately not but the good news is that there is free shipping for products within 150km of Manly, QLD.
Can I buy items if I live outside of Australia?
At this stage, we are only able to ship products to Australia. However if you have a large order in mind and live outside of these countries, flick us an enquiry and we will see if we can help!
Is there a showroom where I can view the products?
Not yet...If you have any specific questions about products and you can't find the answer on the website, send us a message and we can assist.
Are the products designed for inside or outside?
The current range of My Home Interiors products are designed for internal use only and warranties will not apply on the products if they are used outside.

Payments
Can I lay-by items or pay with AfterPay?
You can purchase products through AfterPay - please select this option at the Checkout. Lay-by is not available for use.
What payment methods can I use to pay?
We are currently accepting payments by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay.
If I am making a large order for products not in stock, how much deposit do I need to pay?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of ordering to secure the products. The balance of payment will be due upon delivery of the products.
Orders
Can I change an order after I have placed it?
Unfortunately not. Due to the efficient process we use to get your products delivered to you as soon as possible, once orders are made no changes are allowed. If you need any assistance after you have made an order, please contact our support team at sales@homehomeinteriors.com.au
Can I order an item that is out of stock?
Yes. Please send us enquiry if you are interested in purchasing an out of stock product and we can advise on the timeframe for the product delivery.
Cleaning
What do I use to clean my products?
For general cleaning, we recommend Jiff and a non-scratch microfibre cloth. Regular cleaning will keep your products looking nice and fresh.
Most of our products come with a custom made gentle exfoliating cloth, which can be used to buffer out any light marks that may show up on your product over time.
Do not use bleach or ammonia to clean baths.Products including or similar to hair dye, bath crayons, hair chalk, tanning products, nail polish or nail polish remover should be kept away from the stone surface. If contact occurs rinse and clean immediately.
Shipping
How long will it take the products to get to me?
This depends on where you live and what you're ordering. If you're within 150km of Manly QLD, you will have your products delivered within three business days. If you're outside of this zone, you should have your products in less than two weeks, subject to logistical delays.
How much does shipping cost?
Good News - Shipping is free for any product within 150km of Manly QLD. Outside of this area, the cost of shipping is determined based on the weight of the product and where you live. This is calculated for you at Checkout, once you have entered your delivery address.
What method is used to deliver the orders?
We use a range of different courier companies depending on the area of delivery.
Can I change the address for delivery after I have placed an order?
We cant make any promises but if you need to make a change email as soon as possible and we will see if we can accomodate your request.
Do the orders require a signature on delivery?
Typically, all orders require a signature on delivery. If you would like your item delivered without providing a signature, please email us to confirm this prior to placing your order and note that My Home Interiors will waive any liability for the product being stolen/removed from the delivery address.
Installation
Who do I get to install the products I have ordered?
All baths and basins are to be installed by a licensed plumber. We recommend other products are to be installed by relevantly licensed tradesmen. This will ensure it is installed correctly and will not void your warranty.
Refunds and Returns
Can I return a product for a refund or store credit if I change my mind?
Yes. You can return your product within 14 days of receiving it provided the product is in the original condition and the packaging is not damaged. You will incur a small fee, calculated based on your location, for the return shipping and restocking of the product.
Can I exchange an item for a different product?
Unfortunately, due to the high turnover of products, we do not allow for exchanges. You are able to return your product for a refund and then purchase the correct product.
How do I organise a return or refund?
Please email the team at sales@myhomeinteriors.com.au within 14 days of receiving your product to organise your return and refund.
